1. Service Description

Huggingtrade provides algorithmic trading services by connecting our proprietary trading algorithm to your personal brokerage account via secure API. We execute trades on your behalf. We do not provide financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to open a brokerage account in your jurisdiction.

3. Fee Structure

A one-time infrastructure fee of $59 is payable upon activation. After capital recovery, profits split 50/50. You initiate all payments — we never auto-deduct.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only invest capital you can afford to lose entirely.

5. No Custody of Funds

We never hold or have withdrawal access to your funds. Our API is limited to trade execution only.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We disconnect API access immediately. No cancellation fees apply.
